Icons with Relics of the Saints from St. Nicholas Monastery in Florida

The Monastery of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Fort Myers is the oldest Orthodox monastery in Florida. It is situated in a picturesque area, about a two-hour drive from Miami. The monastery was founded in 1978 through the efforts and prayers of the elder Archimandrite John (Lewis), who led the monastery until his death in 2007. Throughout his life, he gathered the largest collection of Orthodox holy relics in America, including particles of the relics of more than 600 saints, which are preserved at St. Nicholas Monastery.

Some of these holy relics are now available for prayerful veneration at the  Life-Giving Spring Orthodox Church in Hot Springs. These are icons containing relics of 24 saints of God:
